# Contributor Incentives

#### 1.  Grants

* Initiated by any member of the DAO
* Assessed and approved through the governance process, including input from relevant working groups
* Paid in tranches upon the accomplishment of milestones
* May be provided to individuals or teams
* Typically paid in the exchange's native token, with vesting periods applied

#### 2.  Ongoing Compensation

* Provided to core contributors and contributors of successful improvement proposals
* Core contributors selected by the exchange's team based on their active participation in the exchange's governance and development
* Ongoing compensation and rewards determined by relevant working groups
* Subject to review and adjustment on a regular basis

#### 3.  Bounties

* Offered by working groups for specific tasks or initiatives
* May be used to reimburse small expenses, incentivize the creation of content, or encourage the achievement of specific goals or milestones
* Paid in the exchange's native token
* Subject to the approval and oversight of the relevant working group

#### 4.  Others

* Recognition or other non-monetary rewards for exceptional contributions to the exchange's governance and development
* Details and criteria determined by the exchange's team and working groups
* Subject to review and adjustment on a regular basis
