Prohibited Actions and Consequences

During the pre-mining event, our system will monitor the transaction activity of all participating accounts in real-time. If any account is found to be engaging in wash trades or other abnormal transactions in order to illegitimately inflate reward amounts, then Phemex has the right to cancel the issuance of xPT rewards to said account once impropriety is discovered.

Furthermore, all users must continue to abide by Phemex’s general rules and regulations. If any account is found to be engaging in a suspendable or bannable offense, then that account’s xPT rewards will also be canceled.
